The role may also includeAssociate Medical Director responsibilities, providing an opportunity to mentoradvanced practice providers and help advance clinical quality across theservice line.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Responsibilities<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><ul><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide comprehensiveprimary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Exercise independentclinical decision-making and maintain accountability for patient outcomes.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-basedpractices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Collaborate with physicians,APPs, and other members of the care team to coordinate patient care.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Mentor and support NursePractitioners and Physician Assistants.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Participate in clinicalquality initiatives and help influence practice standards across the serviceline.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Oversee and participate inAPP chart audits and provide clinical feedback as appropriate.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Participate inorganizational meetings, quality improvement activities, and other professionalresponsibilities.</span></li></ul></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Compensation & Benefits:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> $200,801–$301,200annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefitspackage.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Requirements<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><ul><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Completion of an accreditedInternal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Current, unrestrictedTennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Current DEA registration oreligibility to obtain one.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong clinical judgment,communication, and leadership skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Primary care experiencepreferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience mentoring APPs orparticipating in clinical quality initiatives is a plus.</span></li></ul></p> |
