style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Manage 3–6 critically illpost-operative cardiac patients in the ICU overnight.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide care for 10–15cardiothoracic surgery inpatients on the hospital ward each night.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Perform comprehensivepatient assessments and ongoing monitoring.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Respond promptly to changesin patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Order and interpretdiagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Develop and implementtreatment plans in collaboration with surgeons and intensivists.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Perform procedures andclinical interventions within scope of practice and hospital privileges.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Communicate effectively withnursing staff, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ensure accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic medical record.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Current or eligible SouthDakota NP or PA licensure.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">National certification as a NPor NCCPA certification for PA.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Current BLS and ACLScertifications.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Previous ICU, critical care,cardiac, or acute care experience.</span></li></ul></p><p class="MsoNormal"
