Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician who will splittheir time between team development and some patient care. The Regional MedicalDirector is responsible for the professional, organizational, andadministrative aspects of providing quality medical care to our Treatment Center patients throughout NYCarea. <o:p></o:p><o:p> </o:p>Compensation: $275,000- $315,000 plus bonuses andfull benefits package.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p>KeyResponsibilities:<o:p></o:p><ul><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">ClinicalDuties: Provide high-quality patient care care as needed to support clinical operations.<o:p></o:p></li><li>TeamDevelopment: Spend 3-4 days a week visiting sites to mentor and developclinical staff.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Leadership:Oversee medical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations andstandards.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Collaboration:Work closely with administrative and interdisciplinary team to improve patientcare and clinic operations.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Training:Develop and implement training programs for medical staff to enhance clinicalskills and patient care.<o:p></o:p></li><li>QualityAssurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure the higheststandards of care.<o:p></o:p></li><li>ManageCare : Understand and Implement utilization management tactics <span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-font-family:Aptos;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">and value-based care initiatives.</li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-font-family:Aptos;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">Strategic Growth &Integration: Support the continued growth and integration of primary carepractices and clinical programs across the organization.
