<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">We are seeking a TelehealthCognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patientswith Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through afully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">In this role, you willconduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complexneurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinaryteam—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—toprovide coordinated, patient-centered care.
