The successful candidate willsupport medical providers, assist in patient care, and perform specializedscope and endoscopy procedures, ensuring the highest quality of patient careand safety. Key Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Assist medical providers in emergency medicine andclinical procedures.</li><li>Prepare, clean, and maintain endoscopy and otherspecialized medical equipment.</li><li>Provide routine patient care under the direction oflicensed clinicians.</li><li>Document patient information, procedures, andtreatment accurately and thoroughly.</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety protocols,infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families,and internal team members with professionalism and compassion.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability inmanaging multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflowand patient care efficiency.</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Salary: $36,480 - $51,105 </li><li>Competitive health, dental,and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Retirement plan options</li><li>Professional development andtraining opportunities</li></ul>Requirements:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinicalenvironment.</li><li>BLS certification preferred.</li><li>EMT certification or background preferred.</li><li>Technician license preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience as a Scope Technicianand/or endoscopy experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and strongattention to detail.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to multi-task andadapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills,including routine documentation and reporting.</li><li>Ability to interact professionally andcompassionately with patients and families.</li></ul>
