In this role, you will use asynchronous text-basedchat and synchronous video to deliver high-quality, comprehensive,evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">As aprovider you will deliver exceptional care to patients managing complex andchronic health conditions using our proprietary app, advanced technology, andyour clinical expertise. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, you willcare for patients of all ages, addressing a range of needs including diabetes,hypertension, obesity, and mental health. Serving a diverse patient population,you will uphold a strong commitment to inclusivity in all interactions.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">Ourpractice operates as a 24/7 medical group, delivering comprehensive primary andurgent care through both text-based and video communication. Clinicians arerequired to be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, ideally in 4-hourshifts (back-to-back shifts with a one-hour break are also permitted). Shiftsare flexible and offered around the clock to meet the varied needs of ourpatients, with a commitment to work at least two 4-hour weekend shifts eachmonth.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Qualifications:</b><o:p></o:p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary/urgent care.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare models (e.g., virtual medicine).<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Comfort with technology for delivering virtual care, including our proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-style: italic;">Active medical licensure in Missouri, Tennessee, or Oklahoma.</span><o:p></o:p></li></ul><!--EndFragment--> |
