In this role, you will utilize asynchronous text-basedchat and synchronous video communication to provide high-quality,evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. By leveraging data,technology, and teamwork, you will enhance patient outcomes while deliveringpersonalized care and promoting shared decision-making. Responsibilities include deliveringcomprehensive care for patients managing complex and chronic conditions,utilizing our proprietary app, advanced technology, and clinical expertise.Clinicians provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients across all agegroups, addressing a variety of health needs, including chronic conditions suchas diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">Ourpractice operates as a 24/7 medical group, delivering comprehensive primary andurgent care through both text-based and video communication. Clinicians arerequired to be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, ideally in 4-hourshifts (back-to-back shifts with a one-hour break are also permitted). Shiftsare flexible and offered around the clock to meet the varied needs of ourpatients, with a commitment to work at least two 4-hour weekend shifts eachmonth.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><o:p> </o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Qualifications:</b><o:p></o:p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary/urgent care.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare models (e.g., virtual medicine).<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Proficiency with technology in delivering virtual care, including our proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), and Slack.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Active licensure in Missouri (MO), Tennessee (TN), or Oklahoma (OK).<o:p></o:p></li></ul><!--EndFragment--> |
