Whether you're exploring its richcultural heritage, savoring its delicious cuisine, or enjoying its outdoor recreationalopportunities, Lafayette has something to offer everyone.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Schedule:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> 5:30am to approximately 5:30pm daily, withnight coverage provided by other physicians starting at 5:30pm.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Case Breakdown:</span></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Approximately 60% pediatric cases and 40%adult cases, including obstetrics.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Daily staffing includes 1 MD and 6 CRNAs.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">1 CRNA covers obstetrics, 1 is dedicated toMRI/CT, and 4 are available for the operating room.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">CRNAs arrive around 6 - 6:30am and rotate outas cases decrease throughout the day.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><font face="Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px;"><b>Requirements: </b></span></font></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Medical degree from an accredited medicalschool.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Board certification or eligibility inAnesthesiology.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiologypreferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Active Louisiana medical license and DEAregistration.</li></ul> |
