This full-timeposition involves approximately 60-70% leadership/administrative duties and30-40% clinical duties. The Chief Physician of Primary Care is responsible forthe overall performance of ambulatory primary care services, including bothadult and pediatric patients. Key responsibilities include ensuring patientsafety, quality, regulatory compliance, operations and resource allocation,financial performance, and strategy. The Chief works in a dyad relationshipwith the Director of the Primary Care Service Line to oversee the delivery ofprimary care across the medical group.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Compensation& Benefits</span></b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">: Competitivebase salary and relocation if applicable.
