<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We are seeking a LocumsAnesthesiologist Physician to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role offersa flexible schedule with full-time weekday coverage needed. The positioninvolves four 10-hour shifts, which include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridayfrom 7 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM. The anesthesiologist willwork at both the University and the hospital.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Call coverage is requiredonce a month if involved in obstetrics (OB), from 4 PM to 7 AM on weekdays.Weekend call may consist of a 12-hour OB call or a Main Operating Room (MOR)pager call. The call ratio is 1:1. Theanesthesiologist will be responsible for performing a range of "bread andbutter" anesthesia cases. There will be no cardiac, pediatric, traumacases, or pain management responsibilities. Regional blocks are not required,and the average number of cases in the operating room ranges from 3 to 9 perday.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The practice settingincludes 16 operating rooms at the Hospital and 13 operating rooms atUniversity Hospital, along with NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) sites.Additionally, there are 2 endoscopy suites in the Endoscopy Department atUniversity Hospital.
