<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">We areseeking a Locums Hematologic Oncologist with a specialization in gynecologicmalignancies to join our team in Hartford, CT. This position is available forimmediate placement, and we are looking for a physician to assist primarilywith pre-chemotherapy visits and surveillance visits in the office. Whilesurgical experience could be helpful, it is not a requirement for this role.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">Responsibilitiesinclude managing pre-chemotherapy and surveillance visits for patients withgynecologic malignancies and providing chemotherapy and immunotherapytreatments. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensurecomprehensive oncology care. The expected patient volume is 12-16 patients perday in the office and 2-3 patients in surgery, if applicable.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">The callschedule includes 1-2 weeknight calls per week, typically phone-only (rarelyin-person), and weekend call coverage is 1 in 3 with flexible scheduling.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Requirements:<o:p></o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn Onc) or Medical Oncology (Med Onc) with specialization in gynecologic malignancies.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Proficiency in chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).<o:p></o:p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list .5in">Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology.<o:p></o:p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br>Hartford, the capital of Connecticut, is a vibrant city known for its richhistory, diverse culture, and robust healthcare industry.
