<p class="MsoNormal">Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs islooking to hire a full time partnership track Anesthesia Physician due to rapidgrowth in our network. We are looking for generalists with strong regionalskills, Residents graduating in 2022 are welcome to apply, Graduates withfellowships will receive strong consideration. <u5:p></u5:p><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We have a dedicated team of fellowship trained CTanesthesiologist who provide cardiac care, in addition we also performanesthesia for orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascularand general surgery.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">In-House Call (First call) is once every 14 days, during theweek it starts at 3-4pm and ends at 7am the next day. Weekends in house call isa 24 hours call, from 7am – 7am, we have 2 to 3, 24 hours CRNAs on call withyou. Backup call (second call) is also every 14 days.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Starting salary is $400K for the first year with an increaseto $425K the second year. Partnership is voted on after 18 months and grantedat the completion of two years.
