<p class="MsoNormal">Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs islooking to hire a full time partnership track Anesthesia Physician due to rapidgrowth in our network. We are looking for generalists with strong regionalskills, Residents graduating in 2022 are welcome to apply, Graduates withfellowships will receive strong consideration. <u5:p></u5:p><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Our group covers ten inpatient facilities and one ambulatorysurgery center. Our primary inpatient facility is a level one trauma center. Wedo about 3,300 deliveries per year. In addition we also performanesthesia for orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, vascular and generalsurgery. We have a new pediatric surgery program.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We offer a full range of Cardiac services, excludingTransplantation and including routine bypass and valve surgery, as well ascomplex or emergent aortic surgery, LVAD implantation and minimally-invasivestructural heart techniques such as TAVR and Mitraclip. The Cardiac Anesthesiateam currently consists of six full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist</p><p class="MsoNormal">Starting salary is $400K for the first year with an increaseto $425K the second year. Partnership is voted on after 18 months and grantedat the completion of two years.
