We are seeking an experienced fulltime Dermatology Physician Medical Director with 3-5 years of experience tojoin our team in just South of Boston in Brocton, MA. Our Division of Dermatology handles a wide rangeof complex and routine cases, offering a variety of challenging work. </span><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Our practice is conveniently located with easy access to the highway.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">KeyResponsibilities:<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Serveas a clinical mentor and leader within the Division of Dermatology.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Workwith leadership to identify and achieve growth opportunities.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Managea wide range of complex and routine dermatological cases.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Providehigh-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Maintaina schedule of 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Nohospital call is required.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Compensation& Benefits:</span></b><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> Competitivestarting two-year base salary guarantee, then lucrative w/RVU and quality basedcompensation.
