In this role, you will provide expert surgical carein a Level 1 Trauma Center, managing a variety of trauma cases, including bothadult and geriatric patients. The position is based in a hospital setting witha high volume of trauma cases and requires strong clinical skills and theability to work in a fast-paced environment.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Theschedule for this position includes regular hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, you will be required to cover three weeknights perweek from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as well as provide 24-hour call coverage onSaturdays and Sundays, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Thisposition is based in a hospital that serves as a Level 1 Trauma Center. Onaverage, you can expect to handle five trauma surgical cases per day. Theemergency room sees an annual volume of 80,000 patients, with approximately 35%of these patients being admitted to the hospital.
