In this role, you will provide psychiatric care within an inpatient behavioral health unit, which includes conducting assessments, diagnosing various mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans. You will manage a caseload averaging 8-11 patients daily, encompassing both adult and adolescent populations aged 8-17. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive treatment outcomes.
