<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">We arecurrently recruiting a dedicated Locum Tenens Neurosurgery Physician to joinour hospital-based practice in Salem, VA. This position offers an opportunityto provide specialized neurosurgical care with a particular focus on strokeinterventions. The physician will be responsible for managing a daily patientvolume of approximately 5 patients, covering 6 days per month, which includestwo weekends (Friday to Monday) per month. Shifts will be 24 hours long,starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 7:00 AM the following day, with call coveragemanaged from a nearby hotel. In thisrole, the Neurosurgery Physician will work within a supportive hospitalenvironment, collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure the higheststandards of patient care. Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are not required,allowing the physician to focus solely on neurosurgical responsibilities.
