The ideal candidate will have a passion for patientcare, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in acollaborative team environment.<br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Salary:</b> Competitive andcommensurate with experience plus benefits that include health insurance,malpractice coverage, a 401K retirement plan, a CME allowance, and vacation<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work collaboratively with theVascular Surgeon to evaluate and treat patients with vascular conditions.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Perform comprehensive medicalhistories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and developtreatment plans for patients.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist in surgical procedures,including endovascular procedures and open surgeries.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Monitor and manage post-operativecare, including wound care and follow-up appointments.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Communicate effectively withpatients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of careand optimal patient outcomes.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Stay up-to-date on the latestresearch and advancements in the field of vascular surgery and incorporate newknowledge into patient care.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Participate in quality improvementinitiatives and other activities to promote the growth and success of thepractice.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Qualifications:<o:p></o:p></b></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Bachelor's or Master's degree froman accredited Physician Assistant program.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Current Massachusetts statelicensure and certification from the National Commission on Certification ofPhysician Assistants.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Prior experience in VascularSurgery is strongly preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Excellent clinical skills and abilityto work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Commitment to providinghigh-quality patient care and continuous learning.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">Fall River is in a lovely area ofthe country, surrounded by water of various sorts.
