Responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations for a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, reviewing patient medical histories, performing physical exams, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will oversee patient care management, including medication adjustments, lifestyle counseling, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential to ensure comprehensive and high-quality cardiovascular care.
