In this role, the NNP will provide comprehensive care toneonates, managing both routine and complex cases in a hospital setting. Theposition requires 24-hour in-house shifts from 7:30 AM to 7:30 AM, includingweekend coverage and on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will havestrong clinical skills in neonatal care and a commitment to providing excellentpatient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal"><span style="mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:black">KeyResponsibilities include providing high-quality neonatal care during 24-hourin-house shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop andimplement care plans for newborns, and participating in neonatal resuscitationand stabilization as needed.
